Attribute Accuracy	The proper attributes are assigned to each sector polygon.
Logical Consistency	The dataset is topologically 'clean'.
Completeness	Entire seven county geographic area is covered.
Horizontal Positional Accuracy	Because this dataset is partially derived from the county boundary layer of the Metropolitan Council, it's positional accuracy along county lines is identical to that of the county boundary layer. Where boundaries are not coincident with county lines, the positional accuracy varies to a large degree. Because of this accuracy issue, this dataset may not be suitable for local planning.
Lineage	This layer was created by splitting the county boundary file along lines defined by Metro Transit Service Development.

         'Downtown Minneapolis', and 'Downtown St. Paul'.
